My idea is to involve more safety patrol walking around so the citizens can feel protect. In order for all the violence and crimes in our community to stop we need to work together to do something about it, like talk to an important person like the mayor so he can help us in a way of solving the problem.
My idea that i have for solving my issue is to get people involved and have meeting and have everybody think of some solutions and how we con get the government involved. We can also write letters to the government and when more and more people start writing then the government will hear about the problem and hopefully run to the United Nations. This is a problem that everybody should know about and it's something that the government should do something about it. They be talking about it but they never take the time to try to solve it and get people to help.

I think that this is a reasonable request, however, this will cost money. Where should the money come from to pay for these extra patrols?
My solution for my problem is that maybe people could donate money to bring water to ATL. Or another solution would be to limit the water to gain the water. I think many things could help me for example the internet i could look up the internet. There are also people that can help me like raising money.

I think that your problem is something that we should be worrying about. Having more patrols out in the streets is a good idea. I think another thing you can do to solve your problem is to try to stop unregistered gun violence, that would help.

The governor and the president got the money, i thought we had representatives to know what the citizens want or need and then the preident provides it for us.
My idea for solving racism is to get people to come to terms with discriminating. I think before i try to solve anything, people need to know what is wrong. If they come to terms with their problems then maybe they can then solve them. After solving them, they can try to learn the good of the people and not base their ideas on he say she say. My problem is to stop throwing trash out in the streets to stop polltuion. I think that a active solution is to put more trash barrels out in the streets and not only on the main streets, and they can get more people cleaning the streets.

The idea i have for solving my problem is buy a car that runs of something besides gas/oil. Organizations i think that can help me with my issue are gas company's and gas stations that charge so much.
My solution for my is to put some protection around the ocean like camera to see was going on and if they see some one doing some harm they could arrest them the other thing is they could make some machine that could get ride of the trash and not doing no harm to the ocean and enviorment that my solution.

some ideas i have that can help me solve my issue is getting more people to know and understand who badly this is affecting our community how if we need to do something now not after some one else we love loses there life, a way i think i can do that is maybe writing a letter to the people in the Dorchester,Mattapan,and Roxbury community and tell them how imporant this is to me and so on.

How can we PREVENT people from dumping in the oceans in the first place. Right now there are "safe" dumping sites set up, however, these places charge $$ for dumping. How can we ensure people use the "safe" dumping sights as opposed to dumping in the oceans to begin with?
I agree that there should be a way set up to catch people who do dump, but that is still causing problems. How do we prevent them from doing it in the first place?

Tania, that is a good point about the patrol officers but look around don't you think they have tried that in some communities. What about the people fighting at parties? What about the gang violence that causes many other violent acts, like getting jumped.

1. Have a big town meeting so that people can see its an issue. Have the problem be shown on television. Let the president talk about it to other people in charge. Send letters to the mayor to do something to help. Put signs up in the community. That's what i think could help organize this issue
